INSPIRE Your English with VOCABULARY, READING, LISTENING and PRONUNCIATI...

Now that we're (still) at the beginning of the year, there might be much cheer, enthusiasm and good intentions in the air around you.

I've received invitations to create vision boards, start a gratitude journal, understand what fuels my energy, as well as what drains it, and advice on what to do if I'm feeling overwhelmed, depleted or depressed during 2023.

All of these things are very helpful, of course, but perhaps not all at once 馃槀. It has been proven that we cannot, as previously thought, do more than one thing at a time (that is, multitasking is a myth). But a holistic approach to improving your English is not.

This week's video includes a short text about appreciating what's there, and bringing more joy and freedom to our moment to moment experience. Let's read it together and contemplate the miracle that is our capacity and ability to learn and become more skillful at anything we want to master, including becoming more confident and fluent English.

See you there!
