Recently I came across this article in the BBC Brazil website about how a lack of independence is what could be behind the mental health crisis in today's youth, according to a US psychologist. 



I'm sharing the screenshot because:

1) it's a good example of how I access information that would not have been available if I hadn't created and implemented systems to nurture and develop my Portuguese skills, and

2) my upcoming LIVE Masterclass is all about going to the roots of true confidence, fluency and articulate communication, rather than trying to find a quick-fix to remedy their insufficiency.
