Going Deep for Confident and Fluent English

Image
In this week's video we're looking at an analogy to help us understand the two dimensions needed for confident and fluent English. Most of us operate in a single dimension: the surface dimension of time. In this dimension, there's so much to do 😰! From this dimension, when a storm approaches, such as needing to use English, for example, we experience the inevitable huge waves of anxiety, fear, inner tightness, uncertainty and instability. But there is another dimension that brings safety and calm as we go through the storm. We don't need to go anywhere, buy any equipment, resist anything or have anything to fear. Many of my clients speak about evolving and developing as a person (not just professionally) by being part of my program, and so if you're looking to integrate English with happiness and wellbeing, wait no further and  book a Consultation ! I'm looking forward to speaking with you!

Another example: I wanted to understand people better, and I thought that if I understood more, I wouldn't be so easily surprised or affected by others. So after obtaining a BA in English Literature, I took an MA in Psychoanalysis. This way, it's true that I had to make an effort to learn about psychoanalytic theory and its application in real life, but the result was a much deeper understanding of human behaviour,...
